Overall Experience Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Flowood - Lakeland Drive

I'm not entirely sure why the only reviews on here are negative? I've been coming here for a while and have had nothing but a positive experience. Today was overwhelming positive. First off the store is following all CDC recommended guidelines and taking extra precautions as well. Kayla cut my hair, and I've been self isolating for a long time so it was wayyyy overdue. She didn't mind. Not only was she nice and funny, she also was very meticulous and professional. She did an excellent job on my hair and I would recommend her and this place to anybody!

The worst shop I have been to. They don't honor their appointment times. Stylists sitting around talking to each other without helping and greeting customers. One stylist spent 45 minutes outside. They let four customers walk away without any further approach for why they were leaving. I was told I had a 7 minute wait and that was at 2:05pm. I finally walked out at 2:45pm with no haircut.
