Called to make an appointment for my boyfriend, and they said you didn’t need to make an appointment just come on in. We got there, put our name and phone number down. Waited in the truck in front of the place 30-40 minutes. We noticed them cut the open sign off. Walked in and they said they were temporarily closed. I said well we put our name down 30-40 minutes ago. She replied well we called everyone on the paper, and flipped through not really even looking. We closing, she said. The hours don’t have anything mentioned about a lunch or temporary closing. Told them we would just have to find someone else, and walked out. There were no apologies, and they stared at us in the truck as they left. Bad service. Will not be back

Took my 13 year old grandson for a haircut. When it was time to leave the bill was not for a $17 haircut but it was $24 for a MVP service. Since when do adults let kids decide what service they get when the adult is sitting in the wait area. I will say that they did downgrade the price to a Men's haircut of $19
